African Union summit held amid economic decline and social instability

Critical analysis written by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire,, on the recently-held 29th African Union Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, was also published by Pambazuka News. Azikiwe looks at the broader social and political context within the continent in relationship to the overall international situation.
