Milwaukee, August 30: Picket Training

Picket to win! How to organize successful pickets to achieve the specific goals of the Union or organization in struggle. This training developed by the IWW General Defense Committee, includes sharing experiences of picketing, determining goals, identifying players and roles, role playing, and mapping and strategizing in preparation before picketing. This training is adapted form material developed by IWW members in Minnesota, it is significantly abridged from the full training to suit logistical requirements.

Join us at the large meeting room of the Zablocki Library, 3501 W. Oklahoma, on Wednesday, August 30, 5:30-8:00 PM. This event is free and open to the public, food is provided. Childcare is available upon request. Training will start right at 5:30 PM, please be punctual.
