Just yesterday, Wisconsin saw over 3000 new COVID-19 cases in one day. This is a devastating record breaking number for the state and shows how our elected officials have failed to make decisions that protect the health of our most vulnerable communities.

To date, over 1400 Wisconsinites have lost their lives to COVID-19. As Wisconsinites face rising rates of COVID-19 and existing poor health outcomes, housing insecurity, unemployment, food insecurity, WHILE rising up against neo-fascism in our highest office, white supremacy, and police terror, we have watched state leadership and elected officials fail to act, and rather rely on increased criminalization, law enforcement, and imprisonment to address a global pandemic, economic crisis, and racial injustice.

In response to these escalating crises, Freedom Inc., and other grassroots organizations across Wisconsin are demanding the state #DefundPolice, #FreeThemAll, #InvestInCommunity, and ensure #FreeAndFairElections!
