Starbucks has escalated its union-busting in Virginia by firing Tyler Hofmann (back and right in the photos) the leader of the union committee at the N. Arthur Ashe Blvd. store in Richmond, in retaliation for organizing. Tyler is a 5-year employee who is the most well-liked and respected shift supervisor in the store, with a flawless work record. The NLRB has already charged Starbucks with more than 200 law violations, and this is another brutal case of attacking their own dedicated employees who simply want a voice on the job.
