September 17-20, 2022: Rocking the Vote in Kenosha, WI – 3 Days of Building Unity for Democracy!

Building Unity

Come join us for any of our Building Unity Democracy Tour Stops in Kenosha September 17 – 20!

The Unity Movement for Justice is alive and thriving in Kenosha. Come connect with others and join the conversations about how we are going to make sure that Kenosha votes like never before in these last 7 weeks before the Nov. 8th Election Day.

Kenosha will play a very important role in making sure that voters turn out and help to elect candidates that are a part of our movement for justice, sustainability, democracy, and peace.

Come join us for any of these “Pro-voting and Pro-Democracy” stops!

* At 9:45, help the Democracy Tour kick off the powerful last leg of our three month journey thoughout Wisconsin. With others from around Wisconsin we will caravan to Milwaukee for the “Wisconsin Convergence for Peace, Justice, Sustainability, and Democracy” (join us for any of the 4 days of action and commUNITY building to turn out the vote!)

We encourage those of you who can to leave Grace Church with us at 9:45 AM. Our caravan will connect with another in Racine and then converge in Milwaukee with caravans from around Wisconsin in Washington Park. We hope to build the largest “Pro-Voting Car Parade” that Wisconsin has ever seen. Over parts of the next 3 days we will wind through Milwaukee raising excitement and awareness about VOTING.

Our “MKE Voter Parade” will travel around Milwaukee to spotlight Voter Engagement Volunteers and Youth who are committed to turning out the vote in a big way.

These activities will mark the first of four days of community building and action that will make up the “Wisconsin Convergence for Peace, Justice, Sustainability and Democracy” – a fitting end for the Building Unity Democracy Tour of 2022:

The “Convergence” will not only bring the 3-month Democracy Tour to a close but it will also bring people from all over Wisconsin to Milwaukee to build unity with three days of pro-voting action and sharing.

On the fourth day, Friday, 9/23, many of us will be going to the Global Climate Strike in Chicago. Sign up for that here: If enough of us sign up as coming from the Milwaukee, 350 Wisconsin will provide a chartered bus!
