Event by Coalition to Save St Francis Hospital

200 E Wells Street, Milwaukee (City Hall) – 6 P.M.

The Coalition to Save Saint Francis is gathering to demand that the City Council take action to maintain labor and delivery services on the South Side of Milwaukee! Just before the holidays started, Ascension made the decision to lay off all employees who worked in the labor and delivery unit at Saint Francis hospital. The city must take action to ensure that immigrants and working class people have access to adequate healthcare!

The city’s Public Safety and Health Committee will be meeting on January 26th, we are demanding that they take action to save Saint Francis Hospital at this meeting. Join us as we continue the fight to maintain these jobs and hospital services.
