Since October 7th 2023, Israel has escalated their genocide against Palestinians, and Ben-Gvir has been a primary architect and driver of these crimes. Ben-Gvir has called for the bombing of food and aid distribution centers in Gaza, repeatedly advocated for the forceful removal of Palestinians in Gaza from their land, and encouraged the torture of Palestinians held hostage in Israeli prisons. He infamously campaigned for and celebrated the so-called “execution bill,” a law that legalized the execution of prisoners by hanging and that only applies to Palestinians, and declared “all of Lebanon must burn.” We demand that Ben-Gvir be arrested and prosecuted under the U.S.War Crimes Act, and we call on NY AG Letitia James, the UN, and all people of conscience to do everything in their power to prosecute and hold him accountable for his crimes against humanity. |
