View this email in your browser

Welcome to Solidarity Saturday, your weekly highlight reel and shortcut to staying plugged in.Videos of baristas using Starbucks’s silica-based blending powder went viral, and baristas want answers.

Here’s this week’s brew:

✊ The South Keeps Winning: Navarre, FL Votes Union Yes

Add Navarre, FL to the list of Southern stores telling corporate greed to take a hike. They’re now in good company with Kentucky and Arkansas, proof that this fight isn’t slowing down anywhere.

🎉 Columbia, MD Says Union Yes, 19 to 3

Congrats to our new union siblings in Columbia, MD! They just voted 19 to 3, and that vote says it all: baristas are done with low pay and chaotic scheduling.

Our union is US, Starbucks partners, fighting to win a better workplace. It’s never too late to organize for better protections, better pay, better hours, and more. Reach out, and we’ll answer any questions you might have about the union we’re building together!

Stay loud, stay in solidarity, and thanks for being here with us!

In solidarity,
