And Starbucks still won’t settle a fair contract.

For years, Starbucks has stalled, delayed, and stood in the way of workers winning the fair contract we’ve earned. Meanwhile, baristas are still struggling with low pay, understaffing, unpredictable hours, and working conditions that make it harder and harder to do our jobs.
Across the country, workers keep organizing anyway.
We’ve won union elections from California to Texas, Alabama to South Carolina, Georgia to Tennessee. More than 700 stores have voted to unionize because workers know they deserve better, including:
- 3 workers on the floor—always
- Minimum $17/hr wages
- Enough hours to live on
- A fair attendance policy
- Non-discrimination & just cause protections
- Health & safety protections
- No more union busting
Starbucks knows what we’re asking for. The question is whether they’ll finally listen.
