First up, a reminder of what’s actually being asked for.
Us: “We need more hours and staffing to do our jobs and create a good customer experience.”
Them: “We’ll consider it once you meet our unreasonable expectations first :).”

Darializa Avila Chevalier is running for Congress in NY13, and she’s not staying quiet about the boycott.
“The things that you have been standing for, and that you will win, are really gonna set the tone for what workers across this country deserve.” The pressure’s building, and everyone’s starting to notice.
Even your mom’s favorite mom is boycotting.
“If we want to support our Starbucks workers you gotta boycott I fear!! Don’t you think the cutie barista who gives you life with your caffeine every morning deserves these basic demands? I do 
” Yeah, we agree. And so do a lot more people than corporate wants to admit.
Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib is standing with us too.
“Starbucks has violated labor law more than any company in modern history and has been delaying contract negotiations for nearly 5 years. I’m proud to stand with Starbucks workers. Every worker deserves wages they can live on, strong benefits, and a voice on the job. It’s time for Starbucks to finally negotiate in good faith.”
Starbucks workers won MORE union elections in our stores. Congrats to partners in Oakland, CA, Amarillo, TX, and Denver, CO. Real change happens when we take action together.
Labor Day’s this Monday, and we’ve got a way to make it count. Heading to an action this weekend? Print our “Boycott Starbucks at Standalone Stores” flyer and hand it out. It’s got the pledge QR code, the refund hotline for mobile orders, and everything people need to join on the spot.
