The NRB sets policy for the DNR and takes public comment at their meetings. This is an opportunity to ask the DNR to act more strongly with Enbridge by ensuring they don’t complete bypass construction without permits and by revoking Line 5 reroute permits for substantial noncompliance and endangering human health and the environment. Meeting date: Wed, 9/23, meeting begins at 8:30 a.m., though the open forum is agenda item #5
