The 19-year-old college student, Kendrec McDade, was shot and killed by two Pasadena police officers on March 24.

His parents have filed lawsuits against the Pasadena police chief, the two police officers who shot McDade and a detective.

On Thursday, April 5, Tampa’s City Council will be hearing Tampa Mayor Buckhorn’s proposed “Clean Zone” ordinance and possibly signing it into law on April 19.  We will not be silenced!  We urge everyone to participate in a Call-In Day on Wednesday April 4, the anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. Call to demand “No to the Clean Zone!
